You should stop using P2P if you care about not being sued for copyright infringement. Just because they can't get the companies helping you, that doesn't mean they can't come after you.

I'm not preaching against P2P, but I feel that it's important to mention this. As they said in the GI Joe cartoons, knowing is half the battle.
