I'm a fan of Chanellos, which is available anywhere from Richmond down to Norfolk, Gino's (not a part of the chain) here in Richmond, and Bottoms Up down in the bottom once it reopens.

MMMMM.....Bottoms Up is good.. Haven't tried the other two.

Gino's is up by Virginia Center Commons, and Chanellos is down in or near the Fan.

I love how this discussion that seemed to assume some sort of Miami focus without saying as much has turned into a discussion of Richmond, VA. Let that be a lesson to you Miami-area fans -- there are lots of us in other places! :)

Pontillo's in upstate (rochester) New York is delicious. Especially those in Bushnells basin, if any of the few rochestarians ever drive by there.
