Oscar De La Hoya is moving back down welterweight. Great move by him, he will dominate the Corey Spinks and Zab Judah's of that weight class. De La Hoya was decent at 54 but not as good as he was at 47 (we all know what happened at 60). I think it's a great move my De La Hoya and I expect him to take unify the titles within 2 years (and then retire)!
