The Dallas Morning News reports the Dallas Cowboys have signed free agent RB Anthony Thomas (Bears) to a one-year deal. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Wow, that's a surprise. Great pickup for Dallas, believe it or not I really think Parcells has put together a pretty good team. Also, with the injuries of last year, they're going to be much better PLUS all the newly acquired FA's and draft picks. Great draft. Great offseason. Watch out for Dallas this year in the NFC.

Nice backup for Julius Jones.True, but they also got Marion Barber too, so now they have GREAT DEPTH at RB. Hell, I'm just happy Buffalo didn't end up getting him. :cool:
