i open it up and i can watch like 5 secnds then i gotta stop it and let it load and everything and then i can keep going. But say i turn on my computer tomororw do and i wanna watch it do i need to redownload it and if i do will that count as 2 and what mor said he doesnt want or will i already stil have it?

Right-click the link I gave an click save target as and save it directly to your drive. Your PC seems to be trying to stream it as it downloads.

so if i stream it, its not considered Downloading it so u wouldnt have no reason to block my IP address for future ones :D

Streaming is worse than downloading. Streaming is constant... Plus you don't keep it. Downloading, it's a one time thing and you have it on your drive.
