Madden. Btw when does it come out?
Has Madden ever gotten over that tendency to bring teams waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back from 20+ point deficits in order to make the game more interesting? I quit playing the thing several years ago because each version of it did the same thing.

THere are various sites with unofficial roster updates, I got one dated early june that's not too bad. I don't remember the sites but I'm sure Google can help you out.
Course, I'm assuming PC, so if it's a console, that probably won't work.

but EA has an agreement with ESPN to use likenesses and stuff....hopefully the ESPN presentation and gameplay

Im not questioning you your probably right, i just read that ea bought the licensing so espn had to make a move so they got baseball

SEGA Sports bought the baseball rights, not ESPN. EA is going to be using the ESPN brand in the Madden games, for the halftime shows and such things from now on.

ESPN doesn't have a game.........Take Two makes (made) ESPN 2k series and incorporated all of the ESPN/Sportscenter look/feel....ESPN is just the title, nothing to do with the making of the game.
Madden now has exclusive NFL rights and has an agreement to use ESPN style presentation in their future games........so the look of the menu screens, pre/post game may seem similar to 2k, but no such luck on gameplay.
Now if EA were really serious about making the best possible NFL game, they wold start trying to hire away the programmers who worked on the 2k series.
