I work downtown so I often see guys/girls walking around handing out parking tickets to vehicles parked with expired parking meters.

I want to get a video camera and set it up facing the ticketed vehicle. Then I want to put a quarter in the parking meter so when the driver returns they think the meter is not expired and the ticket is unjust. After that I will post the drivers reactions on the Internet and sell the downloads for 50 cents each.

If I am feeling especially evil I will get a friend to follow the ticket issuer, then when the driver returns I can inform the driver of the ticket issuer’s location.

Like I said I respect Laws and By-laws too much to do this, but it would be funny in a movie or something.
