i know it may be kinda big (file size 34k) as far as avatars go since it's animated, but i thought i'd ask anyway. no prob. if it is, just wanted to know...

As an avatar? No you can't use it because the avatar limit is 20k. If you want to use that for a sig then it would be ok.

I had a sweet Carmen Electra avatar a while back but the mods made me edit it out, but your avatar/sig looks do-able. ;)
