Sig Question

If i take the text out of my sig and just put this

in it is it over 40 k? i made it smaller by saving as a .jpg.

The TOS says

Please keep the dimensions within the 400x300 pixel range and below 40k in size.
I know its smaller than 400x300 pixel cause its 400X200. But is it over 40K? if so then its not a problem, i dont need to put it in, but if the text is out is it lower than 40k? thanks
