What D should I start tonight? Quick Help Please

I dont know whether to start the Philadelphia Defense or the Atlanta Defense tonight..everybody tells me something different, im freaking out. What are your opinions? Thanks

I don;t know man, that's a tough one, but if you ask me, I'd start Atlanta...I just think the Eagles will fold this season, but i'm not sure one....either way, I believe both defenses will have a good game.
