One time, a buddy and I got torched while out looking for ladies....umm, I better not tell that one. LOL

Not something I`m proud of Zonk....just seemed like fun at the time. Had to do with getting 86`d from a nice bar...getting pissed off and climbing poles to shut off all the stop lights on the main street.

My buddy is a charter capt. also, and was my room-mate at the time. We were so trashed, we ended up hitch-hiking a half block back to the house. That was over 20 years ago.

I got a million drunk stories...

Been clean and sober going on 6 years now.

Congrats on bring Sober for 6 years now. I only have one drinking story, It was so bad I could never get drunk again.

By the way, was that Duval ST?

Nothing really,

I was in San Diego and we had a freshman Beach Party. Growing up I never drank, I was into playing Football. So, They broke out the Jack and the peer pressure got going. I ended up drinkimg two bottles of Jack, and having my stomach pumped at the hospital. The doc said if I had not gotten to the hospital in the next Hour I would have died from alcolhol poisning. To this day I smell hard liquor and I get the heeves. I was 18, now I'm 37.

Good story and a good thing that happened. It took me almost 40 years to bottom out.

Same thing happened to me with jack Daniels. We had a shot to shot contest when I was 19. I was close to alcohol poisoning. I'm 40 and can't even smell the stuff!

Never got alcohol poisoning. Never been a big drinker to beging with (rarely drink at all).

But my 21st was a blast. Long story short....my girlfriend left me, I lost my car, locked myself out of my house, stripped off my clothes, took turns crawling around outside the house and sleeping in the wet grass. Next morning, my buddy comes over and tells me his neighbor wants my car off his front porch ASAP.....then look for his truck (which he took me home in).

Took me a solid week to get my girl back.

LOL. Muck that sounds like some of the bad karma that has had happened to me before. 2 years ago the boys took me out for my bachelor's party. I don't remember much except they said(later) that I tried to start fights in one of the clubs, almost got ran over by the same guys later on, and the next day I was so sick with alcohol poisoning that I almost died. This is why I don't drink hard liquor.:spit:
