COmputer Help! PLEASE

I have a Aspire 3502 Laptop and a Nokia 6255i phone w/bluetooth and I cannot find a way for the software (PC Suite) or the laptop for that matter, to see the phone...WHAT DO I NEED TO DO before i pull out my hair!!!!

In my control panel there is no icon for bluetooth, but the laptop has a button on the front that has a bluetooth icon and when pressed it says "NO DEVICE" on the screen. THe phone is already visible to "all" except my laptop, apparantely! :yell:

On a side note...me too. I installed this crap to my Internet Explorer that has all these little buttons like record, MP3 ec. but it has been causing A LOT of pop ups...how do I get rid of it?

i would go to http://www.bluetooth.com/help/ and maybe try and find a number to call and ask how to get it off ur computer
