I agree with these numbers. I originally thought 5 -6, but with Pennington I could see up to 8 wins.

With a young OL, question marks at WR, inability to run up the center of the OL, and penalties - there are just too many questions.

However, we should be competitive and in a lot of games. We just have hope the defense holds up.

i see 6-10. Hey, it's a start. That we have a shot of breaking in the top-10 for the draft. Then nabbing any of those 3 (Mauluga, Laurenitaus, or Jenkins) could seem a lot more likely. Hell, I really don't care how many we win as long as we're not the laughing stock of the league again. We're the F***'in Miami Dolphins, that's not supposed to happen.

Sure we looked amazing against probably the worst team in the league in the PRESEASON. We also looked fairly average vs. the Jags and terrible vs. the Bucs. So let's gain a little perspective here. While I appreciate the positive nature of your thread, this is way over blown. People who are predicting playoffs this year really need to come back to reality. This team has way too many holes and question marks to put them any where near the Pats, Colts, Bolts, and Steelers.

Furthermore, these people predicting a super season will be the same people who will be yelling for Sporano's head when we're 3-5 at the mid season mark. Never mind that's 3 times the wins we had last year!!! face it folks, an 8-8 season should get Sporano votes for coach of the year, but a 12-4 would get him a chair just to the right of god himself. Let's practice sensible optimisim please.
