Best players so far at camp? From what I hear on the defensive side it seems to be Holliday and Jason ALlen..
offense it seems to be Hagan and followed closely by The R&R Express.. maybe Wilford and Bess?

Wilford is the invisible man. Can't get open.
I would add Will Allen and Quentin Moses to the names listed above. |

Willford is best suited as a #2. He does not have the speed to beat most any #1 CB. But he does have good size and hands. He will end up as the #2 or spot check work as #4 option.

I'd also add Henne, he's really shown some good things so far at camp for being just a rookie.
BTW, does anyone else besides me think that Carpenter is going to win the kicking job? Or at least a roster spot? |

Donald Thomas, Quinton Moses, Charlie Anderson, Vonnie Holiday, Matt Roth, Paul Solai, Kendall Langford, Jalen Parmale, Derek Hagan, Davone Bess, Jason Allen, Ricky Williams, Jason Ferguson and Yerimiah Bell seem to be the most impressive players at camp so far.
Thats 14 players I mentioned, but unfortunetly not one of them are QB's. |

Cool, lets talk about some POSITIVES for a change.
I have to say Im really pleased to see I could be dead wrong about this J.Allen kid. Everytime I hear stuff he seems to be improving. If he can turn into what a first round draft pick safety should play like our secondary could be in really good shape. And what about all the flack our secondary took during the offseason. I was one of the few saying we were fine for now at that spot. And that was even when I wasnt counting on J.Allen. You know youre going to be solid with W.Allen. If Goodman and Lehan can be decent our secondary could be the strength of the team. Also, I thought Crocker had a good shot at starting in a safety spot. He seems to be doing fine from what I read. Even Travis Daniels is getting in the mix. Alot of this could be from all the pressure the D is getting in 11 on 11s right now, but we will see. But, I think we could have a quality secondary with good depth.
