Safety? Why? You can get good safeties for cheap in FA. It's not considered a highly regarded skill position.
If we were to go "defense" on the first pick I would rather see us go DE and find that partner for J.T that can let him loose. Otherwise I think they would go with an OL. If there isn't one worth picking in that spot then they do the old "drop down for extra picks" until there is an OL worth picking.

I say QB in the first round. There is going to be lots of good ones out there...so let's get one now.
However, we are far from calling it quits this season, go back and check the Pats from last season, the went 11-5 and won the S.B. Ray can pull out at least one win, and hey you never know, one win might turn into two. If Ray can hand the reigns over to Jay without losing another game, we are in great shape. Baltimore is a game I expect us to win. Ray Lewis is still hurting, and might not even play.

I think our season is over...
Should we look to the draft yes but moreso the FA's...The draft is a crapshoot...McMicheal in the 4TH...Dan end of 1st...We could get some decent players but i'd like us to make a run for Isaac and an OLB first... We should address our QB,WR and OL problems in the draft...

What are you talking about???? The draft isn’t a crapshoot. There are some steals and some busts, but for the most part you know what your getting in the early in the draft.
