OK, now I am beginning to see Ricky needing the weight. He did good jumping from 190 to 213, however, I think these last 10lbs. are going to be tough. Especially with the heat and weight they are losing practicing. His only chance of adding it is during his suspension. His arms/shoulders, and quads are where he needs to muscle up more. His arms are a tad flabby compared to teh guns he use to have.

He needs to add it all in his legs. Look at old pictures of Ricky, his thighs were HUGE. Now, not so much.
