I think THEE best man on the planet for this particular organization playing in this town was hired.

All of bill parcells characteristics, philosophy and toughness saved our dolphin lives.

Iam grateful to him

So far I like what I see. The aggressive, no nonsense approach is what we've been lacking.

and has Ricky been given a chance to start again??

I don't know if he's truly been given the chance to win the starting RB, but I guess we'll see. I think Ronnie's the starter, even if Ricky looks a little better. The only way I think RW gets the nod is if Ronnie aggravates the injury.

i see a bright future for the phins.
any thoughts ??
There's definitely a bright future here, especially if the QB's find confidence & establish good chemistry w/the wideouts. I didn't want to see JT or ZT go, but we're adding potential playmakers & I think as early as next year we will be a dominant force in the NFL.

I think we will have a sense of toughness even greater then when Saban was here, who wasn't a bad coach, just a quiter. Parcells is definetly not a quiter and ever where he has left, they were in a lot better shape than before he got there. I also like the fact he is down doing a little coaching an Tony is cool with it. It's like the best of both worlds for us and Bill!

So far so good... waiting until the games start to see where we are currently at.... My goal for the team is that they are playing their best ball at the end of the year (having progressively gotten better as the year advances) no matter if they miraculously make the playoffs or not

after seeing him cut guys that came to camp out of shape in addition to recent dead weight (Halterman & Riley), I truly believe that we will see the best 53 men come early September.

the constant turnover at the bottom will keep guys on their toes, and the Scorpio Babers of the team must learn to up their game 100% of the time. (on a side note, I thought that it was funny that the second Roberson was signed, he was already making plays on the field)

No. Not so far... Nothing has happened except getting rid of ZT and JT.

In the future hopefully.

In my opinion of Parcells, I look at the position of QB. I reeeeeaaaly want to see another QB, and it dosent have to be another Dan, come in here and take control of our offense and direct drives to touchdowns. Since Dan was gone, we had personnel guys like Wannsuk, Satan, and Mueller?..Mueller? try to get us our guy. Maybe Henne is it, but thats what Im lookin at. To see if Parcells can give our team and fans our next guy. Wait and see so far.

I think this will be one of the biggest changes that we will see from the past. We have consistently faded down the stretch & lost it all at the end. (with the exception of the winning streak under Saban)

I think we will see improved conditioning under this regime that hopefully will lead to our team playing as good at the end of the year as at the beginning.

I especially like what they did in the draft, building the offensive and defensive line

I appreciate having Parcells in charge. He deserves credit for bringing in Ireland and Sparano. I think Tony has tremendous potential. I like the knowledge and passion he brings to the team. Early indications are looking good for our 2008 draft class. It feels like the team is finally going in the right direction. (except for Beck)

I feel (at least hope) that what I call "FOT" (Fear-Of-Tuna) in and of itself will make a difference in players playing more up to their potential (whatever that may be) fearing that they're one tirade away from the waiver wire. In marketing, advertising, "fear" and self-preservation are as overwhelming an emotional motivator as are drivers such as love, status, self-image, etc. And there's no doubt that they fear BP's displeasure.
