Have u seen what he does in individual drills, half of the starting QB's in the league can't even move like that. Green can't. And Beck is not the future, I would have liked to seen us draft Drew Stanton over him. I would rather see Lemon start over Beck if thats the direction we are heading, Cleo's got a cannon. I just hope that someday i can feel comfortable with the QB position, something that none of us have felt in years, and i felt confident after seeing cpep move the way he is now. and its not like he dont have an arm. we need a solid QB, one the team can trust. If there is no solid QB, there is no solid team. i just hope everything works out and we can at least cheer for them in the playoffs for once.
Go Phins!

And this has exactly what to do with Julius Wilson?

Might be a good time to sit back and watch from the sidelines a bit longer

The question was not WILL he start, it is does he have a shot at starting...and the answer is yes, especially if Russ Lande was right about him.

And I now remember why I haven't been on these boards in weeks.

smartass comments like these, intended to be smartass comments and than an apologetic post to follow.

you just felt so compelled to post didn't you. Maybe you should read all the posts, or go back and reread them before you go trying to be the finheaven thread cop.
just relax dude, who gives a ship about jwil.

Our oline is going to be behind for probably half the season whether we start two rooks or not, I don't see it being very pretty to watch. As usual our defense is going to have to keep it close for us for the first quarter of the season probably.
Hopefully I am wrong.

If we would draft people who aren't currently hurt or have a history of being hurt, we would have a much better chance of putting together a solid oline.

good day

The oline problems isn't so bad that they looked like highschool kids out there.

The guy does have a shot because there is a new coach with a newer system and the fact that Shelton wasn't super great at Right Tackle during his career.
