am i wrong? but i think ricky is an unrestricted free agent after this year.if ricky runs like a mad man, your not going to throw some money at him?the pats will sign him in a heart beat.

i don't think he's free after this year but even if he is there's no way i'm throwing big money to a then 32 year old running back.

if the pats did sign him i can guarantee it won't be for big money or a long term contract. they're too smart to do that.

IF anyone remembers, we should drafted Boldin in the first place. Second round pick comes around, Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum (Wannstadt and Speilman) "OK, lets pick....Eddie Moore from Tennessee".

Awesome!! Nice pick guys. Let Moore bust all over the field for 2 years and get cut. Meanwhile Boldin goes like 5 picks later to the Cardinals.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a story that came out and said that Speilman wanted Boldin, but Wanndouche overruled him and decided to go with Moore. Again, if I'm wrong, let me know.

I believe your right.

BTW:Boldin sign a new 4 yrs deal then Larry F blew and earned his new deal. Then Bolden decided he was underpaid.

Between Larry and Bolden, I'll take Larry every time.

true, but fitzgerald is not going anywhere. boldin may be very happy to leave ARZ and he's a great wr and a great football player. great role model for ginn, if not the entire team - great team player. i'd do that deal tomorrow - hopefully they're working on it.

Wanny ruined two perfect franchises between the Bears and Phins. The Bears finally got out of the "wanny hole" a couple years ago by going to the Super Bowl, which can only mean the Phins will be in that same hole for at least 3-5 more years.

On a separate note, the FO should at least try for Boldin if they haven't already. All this extra cap should have them drooling to signing some people but like the other guy said, just push it toward incentives, that way most of it can carry over to next year.
