We have people who want to win and they are willing to sacrifice personal gain for the betterment of the entire team. It is awesome.

Like I've said before, I'm glad this team is built on so much integrity unlike many other teams in the league.

p.s. **** chris hope

One of the many reasons to love the Dolphins. The players care about more then their pay checks. I hope the Dolphins continue to get players like that. Team players play as a team and are better then a bunch of big money players in my opinion.

Restructures don't save the team any money, they just spread the bonus money out over extended years of the contract...this is a common practice among all NFL teams...sorry to dissapoint anyone...The player gets the same money he was going to get.

Now, when you hear of a player taking a "pay cut", that is something different. That is basically tearing up the old contract and make a new one out for less money....

guarunteed, but it saves the team money against the cap to sign players for that season. if the player is cut they will take a cap hit. otherwise why even bother. so yes it does help the team sign free agents. zach has taken a restructure deal almost every season. restructured contracts are the reason the redskins were in cap hell before the start of free agency, but when it started they signed a boatload of players, dont act like it dosent do anything for the team because it does. we only had 7 million dollars at the start of this thing, do you really think they would have the green to sign all these new players, and still be making a push for ashwoth and arrington or peterson plus money for a first round pick had all these players not restructured?
