It was evident in the first game last year against Redskins our conditioning was not very good. In the overtime we wore down, the redskins started pushing us around. The purpose of training is to get the endurance high, there is no such thing as wearing down when you are a well conditioned athlete. This team is not old anymore. IT'S TIME TO WORK FELLAS LET'S GET SOME WINS!!!!

Yeah...all that wear and tear could backfire and make us the last place team in the NFL. No, wait...thats what we were last season.

All kidding aside, when you hit rock bottom there is nowhere to go but up. I don't think any athlete can be in too good of shape.

No, as long as they get the proper rest, and take care of their bodies during off-time they will be find. This training program will have long-term benefits.

All the hard work and training will go a long way with avoiding injuries. Our team was injury riddled last year, I believe we had the second most injury reserved players in the NFL. This year, we replaced our strength and conditioning coach and his assistant; our new staff implemented a much more rigorous training camp/program. Our players' bodies are being rigorously conditioned now, so they can stay strong late in the season.
