It was evident in the first game last year against Redskins our conditioning was not very good. In the overtime we wore down, the redskins started pushing us around. The purpose of training is to get the endurance high, there is no such thing as wearing down when you are a well conditioned athlete. This team is not old anymore. IT'S TIME TO WORK FELLAS LET'S GET SOME WINS!!!!

This year, we replaced our strength and conditioning coach and his assistant; our new staff implemented a much more rigorous training camp/program. I always hated that phrase! I still remeber when I first heard it thinking....our coach wants us to fail to see what it feels like????? He hadnt watched any tape of our previous 3 seasons. Fail forward fast was a cute way to say " Hey I cant coach and we are gonna stink"
