It's always nice to see that the players are working real hard, and enjoying the accomplishment that it brings with it.

Finally it seems like we have a quailty head coach. Something the dolphins have not had in a long time! The offseason workouts should payoff in the regular season We may not make the playoff, but I think we will be competitive in most games.

Yeah! That's great stuff! This is what we needed. We became to soft over the years. I highly doubt Cam pushed these guys and instilled competition and a hard work ethic in some of these guys. Look at all the injuries we've had. I think this approach is exactly what we needed and will pay big dividends this year.

Curious as to how much the time away is going to affect Jason Taylor. He may be in extremely good shape, but it seems that this is a few steps above that.

All the players must've bought into the conditioning program except for Soliai. He looks like he's hit a few buffet lines as he's now listed at 355 pounds

Well, we sure as heck can't be worse off from the hard work. Maybe if Cam had stressed hard work from day one, maybe we would have had more then one win in 07.

Our team was really out of shape last year. Our first game against Washington was horrible last year. By the 3rd quarter our guys looked like they were only going half speed. They were sucking wind big time and it was because of Cam's country club training camp. Being out of shape won't be an excuse this year!!!

Could the wear & tear of this physical training actual wear the team out before the season ends? I hope this doesn't back-fire!

that wouldnt make much sense cause pleanty athletes train and work out almost every day and that doesnt effect them they just need rest to let the muscles and ache and pain heal, this only makes them stronger with more endurance. Never heard of working out for a whole year back fire. |
