Parcells great fitness regime

I probably should not say this because I don't want to jinx our team but hot damn! We haven't got an injury yet! I remember reading that players swear that Parcells fitness regime works miracles on players and they are less prone to injury. I don't know if I buy it but does anyone know anything about it?

I don't agree with Sparano with the decision to play the starters look at what happened over the last nine days ...

• Browns QB Derek Anderson was concussed by, yes, Umenyiora.
• Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew turned an ankle.
• Bengals QB Carson Palmer broke his nose.

• Patriots WR Wes Welker bruised his ribs.
• Redskins DE Jason Taylor sprained his knee.
• Bills QB Trent Edwards sustained a thigh contusion and, then, OT Langston Walker -- the temporary replacement for holdout Jason Peters -- went down with an arm injury.
• News broke that Chargers LB Shawne Merriman's season could be in jeopardy with tears to the PCL and LCL in his left knee.

I mean come on. Play them one series then get the heck out. Let Beck and McCown compete for the last QB spot.

Parcells looks like he needs a fitness regime lol

I kinda agree but playing one quarter sometimes only translates to 2 series instead of 1...so there isn't that much of a difference.

Although I'd like to see Ricky and Pennington only play 1 series. Those are our 2 main players right now and I wouldn't want to risk either one of them getting injured because without those 2 our season will be nothing like it could be if they both play the whole season.
I'd think I'd put Ferguson on that list to.

I likewise thought this was going to be about Billy-Bag-O-Doughnuts personal fitness regime.

Gotta admit the man's got guts. A whole lotta guts.

Yes, he got a personal trainer and his trainer told him to join the Nutrisystem program with Dan, mike Golic, Don Shula and the bunch of other 20 former NFL players. I thought I remember seeing Chris Carter being on the commercial and supposedly participating in it, but seeing him on NFL live, he apparently gave up on it very fast

I've been using this jpg for awhile on appropriate threads, and Tuna definitely needs to eliminate the oil and reduce his can size.. but if the truth be told, I did photoshop enhance his boobies for comedic value (although not all that much )
