There have been way more impressive comeback year's from other players before. Like Brees 2 seasons ago after a torn rotator cuff, came back with a much stronger arm and threw over 4k yards and so many touchdowns.

it's tough to estimate at this point. if Ronnie is completely healthy, he'll still be splitting carries with Ricky. i would say an average of 15 carries per game is realistic with the workload increasing as the season goes on. that would mean roughly 240 carries for him.
now, as for the rushing average, i think expecting 5.1 ypc like last year is a bit optimistic. i think 4.5 is a more realistic figure. that would leave him with about 1,080 yards for the season. TD are almost impossible to predcit though. Ricky has been doing well in goal-line situations in the past and Parmele is said to be a short yardage specialist as well, so Ronnie might lose a few touches to these guys here. still, 6 TDs should be attainable. as for his receiving stats, he'll account for a few each game, so i have him down for an average of 4 catches a game. that would mean 48 on the season for about 400-450 yards. so, my final prediction is 1080 yards rushing with roughly 50 receptions for 400 yards and 8-10 total TDs. |

Ricky and Ronnie will both rush for 1000 yds this year, bank on it. We have a solid OL and the R & R Express will be unleashed.

I think Ricky will have more yards rushing, but ronnie will have more TD. he will get in on the goaline more, bigger and more of a bruiser than ricky.
1020 yards for ronnie 1100 for ricky |

I was talking about Ricky. And injury wise, I completely agree with you and your example. But I was just saying with the suspensions, and being gone so long it would be a very impressive comeback.
