Yeah I agree, it's up to the QB's to imporve themselves not Pennington to improve them. If you're a QB on this team and you really want to improve what it is you do, it's up to you to stay focused and pay attention, if you don't then it's your loss. Just because you aren't taking snaps doesn't mean you can't study what Pennington is doing. You can ask the Olinemen what Pennington was doing in the huddle there are many ways to get the information.
