Starting Defensive Line Up

hey guys, first time poster here.... just wanted to say im excited about the season and hopin someone can help me here... im startin my season in madden 09 and wanted to know what people predict the starters to be for the Dolphins? Are they gonna play 3-4, or are they gonna mix in 4-3 looks too....

anyone that can help, if they are gonna play 3-4 and 4-3, what will the starting D look like... thanks

If youre asking to play madden just play the game how you want..Its your game. I mean seriously, people have been lighting it up with Beck in there at QB.

Its madden. It isnt realistic. Thats the thing. So just play it however you want to play it.

Madden has players way underrated and players way overrated. And no matter what skills the players have, if you play it enough you can light it up with just about anyone on the roster.

I think alot of people have had 5000 yard passing season with Beck and 2000 yard rushing seasons with Ronnie. The game isnt realistic at all.

I dont understand the major efforts people put into trying to make the rosters out perfect and duplicate the schemes. Its a video game. Period. Its nothing like real NFL football.

WV u dont gotta be so upset about it. its a game ok wow answer his questoin if u aren't going to dont even respond cuz ur being tough on the kid for no reason. I know what he means cuz i do the same just as many ppl do (such as go make players that miami just drafted before the new one comes out and do FA fix ups and so forth). its boys being boys.

To asnwer the posters questoin, its most likely going to have Merling, Fergie and Langford on the line, then Roth and Porter at OLB. and goodman should be 3rd if not 2nd on teh CB list instead of Daniels. anymore questoins ask away man dont shy off.

I started a franchise so i had Merling at RE, Ferguson at DT & Holliday at RE. I put holliday at re because hes better than roth and langford isnt that good on the game. Yea were going to play a 3-4 but the only problem is you cant put roth at OLB wich he will be playing during the season.

and langford is good in teh game dude u kidding me. if nething he isnt playing like that rating he got in the game. he dominates the line and always penetrates. especially if ur controlling him. i haven' ttried holliday at LE yet tho.

You figure out how to change waht D u wna run/playbook yet for non online games?

Im not really sure if matt roth is gonna start at OLB, but it looks like he will now. Merling may start over langford, but no one really knows now so its your decision. Either Joey thomas, Nate jones or travis daniels will be the 4th cornerback, but right now it looks like its gonna be Joey thomas.

Ok then. If it were me I would just put in the better players according to what the game has. One guy just said they dont have Langford as being very good so I would use Holliday, Ferguson, and Merling up front. I think thats what it will be for the real dolphins anyway.

Yea you go to My Madden and then go to profile manegment or something like that and then you can change your D & Offense playbook. make sure to save your profile so u dont have to keep switching to 3-4 all the time since madden has us in a 4-3. Ferguson is the best on miami's dline in the game he stops everything.
