kinda reminds me of the threads that Jags fans made about losing Wilford earlier this year.....

Thanks for the posts though. Our WR corp can use all the help it can get right now.

Funny but on some level there is a kinship with the Giants... After they defended our record last season... I hope London can keep it alive and really turn into something down in Miami, I'm tired of HAGAN'S act and I would love for the others to push him for playing time since his problems seem to be mental more than anything... He's our offensive version of Jason Allen...

Cold...water.

The bottom line here is this signing won't make any noise unless Brandon London proves that the Giants were stoopid to let him go...just as Ryan Grant did.

We'll see, but the thing about the log jam at WR for the Giants...I'm not buying it.

Thanks for the compliment, Aqua and all. I'm sure there will be more Giants fans joining your board soon. London has a lot of fans. (While you might question the class of the Jets fans, I'd say the worst in the NFL have to be the arrogant Cowpies fans who talk the worst smack on every other team's boards in the NFC.)
Haha your right i havent seen more bandwagoners for any other team besides the cowboys and patriots. Last year was an interesting game for the dolphins vs the giants it was the worst team against the best team that season but we put up a good fight at least. London has alot of Potiental though but i wish we got sinorice moss instead.

I'm just not seeing how an undrafted free agent who couldn't make it off the practice squad his first year, and got cut after the next preseason could possible have the huge impact anyone thinks he is going to have. I know nothing about the guy, but I doubt he is going to be starting any time soon...

The bottom line is that he is better than the guys we cut. I believe FO has a good eye for talent. I doubt we will see him unless there are injuries.

Absolutely. After whining and starting petitions to the NFL about Eli "being in the grasp" and a faulty set playclock in the SB which were thoroughly obnoxious (as well as hilariously entertaining to us Giants' fans), the Pats fans have dealt with their denial better than the Cowpies fans. Not by much, mind you. But the Pats fans know anywhere they go, they have to hear "18-Oops" and "Cheatriots", while the Cowpies fans act like they've won the SB 20 years straight when the fact is they've choked on every playoff game the last 12 years. Got to give the Cowpies the "Arrogance Award" over the Pats fans, by a hair.

Sorry about that loss to us last year in London and thanks for the very gracious way you stated it. As Fish-Head mentioned earlier, there is an affinity between our teams and stomping out the Pats as the SB underdogs was equally vindicating for both Giants and Phins fans. I've seen this a thousand times and never cease getting a laugh out of it. I'm sure you have, too, but take another look: Perfectville.

As to Moss, I hope he does well and is able to salvage his career. (Eli's favorite target is Plex and London resembles him a lot more than Moss plus London isn't as fragile and is more physical.) Maybe you'll get your wish with Sinorice this time next year, but enjoy watching London this year. I'll be rooting for him and the Phins this year...after the Giants, of course.

As to our depth at WR, I posted in depth about it on the other Brandon London thread yesterday and added a special message to you there. It's called something like "FO has another steal with London?" You can answer me there if you want. So can the other poster here who mentions that London, a walkon last year, was on our PS last season. We had that depth thing at WR last year as well.

We weren't "stoopid" to let Grant go last year, we just had incredible depth at the position then...and many Giants fans think we still have too much depth there now and should let Droughns go. (I'm not one of them.) After I wrote that "London may be to the Phins what Grant was to the Packers" line in my previous post, I was reading the NYC papers and several writers including Garafolo and Ralph were saying the same thing.

London is raw talent, but your FO, which had dibs over 31 other teams, picked him first over approx. 100 WRs that were cut Saturday. (We know for a fact that both the Cowpies and the Eagles were hot to get him and we sure weren't gonna trade him to our divisional rivals, both who have been predicted by the "experts" to be in the playoffs this year).

Obviously your FO think they got something they can shape and mold into a very good player. I'm not one to argue with Parcells. How about you?

Thanks for the info Jints. I had not heard of him so it is good to hear that the guy has potential. Good luck with the Giants.
