What player would you take?Lets say over the last 5 drafts, if we had another #1 pick, what other player would you have picked? Me, I love Ronny Brown and am glad we got him, but that same draft I really wanted Braylon Edwards. I think that dude will be a beast for years to come.

Kellen Winslow or Heath Miller, I think we need to utilize the TE more, that's just me.

You mean a #1 pick in any of the past five drafts? I'd go with Joe Thomas, though Carson Palmer would be a close second. That's trying to go with knowledge we had at the time, not results as we know them now...if that makes sense. This is assuming we didn't know we would be able to get Jake Long this year...though even then I would probably go Thomas.

Sad look at the 2003 draft, look at what we missed http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2003_NFL_Draft Add Suggs, Andre Johnson, Kevin Williams and so on we repeatedly did horrible in the draft. The 2003 draft litters the NFL with stars from LBs Briggs, Bradie James, Barnett, and Suggs to Corners Nnamdi A., Rashean Mathis, Eugene Wilson, Asante Samuel they ranged from 1st roundrs to 5th rounders all players we could desperately use now, but we're stuck rebuilding. Well it's pretty obvious that the Dolphins should have taken SOMEBODY else over Ted Ginn. Not because Ginn isn't/won't be a good NFL player, but because they had much greater needs LIKE the QB position and they did not fill them when the talent was there. Willis, Quinn, even Jamal Anderson.

I agree with Willis/Anderson, but IMO and prediction, Henne will turn into a better player than Quinn.

Would have taken Quinn over Ginn every time. If already had Rodgers. Easily Willis I would have stuck with Jason Allen I really wanted a safety. Though t was Whitner I wanted Every time I would have taken Edwards or Rodgers over Brown |
