A Great Idea!!

I was thinking with so many FinHeaven fans in South Florida, that we should have an end of the year party!!

We can all gather at an establishment, watch either the NE game or a playoff game (I hope) and then use it to raise funds for FinHeaven. It would be great to put faces with these names. And celebrate with the worlds best Fin fans.

Anyone up for it??

I live in CT, but my M-in-law and parents live in So Fla. I visit them about 2x a year and always around Christmas - since mt dad's b-day is 12/24. I will be down there next weekend which is why I cannot get to the Raider game...

Actually My Friend Darryl is friends with one of the cheerleaders, Adrianne or something like that, i will see what I can do to get her there. He got me a signed cheerleader calender

Count me in, but there really aren't that many places near the stadium. Some siblings of mine told me about Mike's at Venetia which has about ten tv's and is a good sports bar.

Now that this is building momentum, we have to decide two things:

1. When

2. Where

I live in Palm Beach so I am not familiar with establishments in Miami, so I need a local to help. I will be there, organize, etc.

As to when, we could shoot for the Minnesota game. It will be hard to get people during the Holidays, from 12/24-01/02.

Another choice would be to do it for a playoff game, or as a Super Bowl party.

Thoughts?
