What I find very cool about this site is that even though it in by far the best Dolphins furum on the web everyone associated with it just keeps looking for ways to make it better. Very nice AJ.

The service is completely free.
Also - I'm not sure about specific software, I only know that it works on PDA/Smartphones that can download their software... sorry |
