vBookie is back!!!

All:

VIPs and Staff can create vBookie events
Staff only can modify these
Everybody can participate.

FH$:
Everybody will get FH$1,000
VIPs will get a an extra FH$1,000 to get started and a paycheck with another FH$1,000 every month!

Let me know comments or questions.

Basically this is a way to gamble without money as you use FH $ instead.
