Wed, 19 Mar 2008 09:22:48 -0700 The Sporting News reports Cincinnati Bengals WR Chad Johnson says he will not participate in the Bengals offseason strength and conditioning program, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer. The team workouts are mandatory, however Johnson can earn a $250,000 bonus by attending.

didnt strahan miss all of training camp cuz he didnt feel like going? looked like he had a good year cough superbowl champion cough haha. i see no problem in this
