Cap Room Vs Cap managementI have seen quite a few posts where both are thought be the same .But i want to share my understanding and see if i got this correct.
*Cap Management every year results in cap money to spend on FA/Sign Rookies finishing Contracts. *Cap cannot be carried over so spend it as much as possible . *Spend upto the cap as saved cap is doing no good as this cannot be carried over. Why does most people think having a huge cap room is cap management when in truth its unused , unrecliamable resource that a FO is not using to improve a team ? Inputs and additions welcome.
