CBA QuestionSupposing that we have an uncapped 2007 season and Wayne signs all these FA's at crazy salaries...then the cap comes back in '08...what happens to all those crazily priced contracts?

if the cap goes away it will not return.
Hypothetically they would "average Down" the entire leagues salary, and or put in a 2-3 year compliance period.
