I miss Chambers too and he would actually make Ginn a very good NFL receiver but now we have GInn and a bunch of scrubs at receiver. We will definately be drafting receiver next year.

I live in Pittsburgh but I have been a Chris Chambers fan for years. I can't believe the Dolphins let him go. Sometimes players need a change of scenery but come on its Miami! Bad decision on that one.

Chris Chambers isn't a good receiver. Very overrated here and only succeeded in the slot. He's invisible on their offense for the most part (story of his career) except for his four touchdowns, but only has 6 receptions so far this season? lol Yeah, something is very weird there.

He's become a red zone only target and they don't use him for anything else.

bad decision? trading Chris Chambers got us Chad Henne... and from the looks of it that will work out GREAT for us

You are joking right?? Please tell me you are joking.

His 4 TD's this season were from 44, 48, 15 and 27 yards!! Red Zone target??

He is averaging over 25 yards per reception! Red Zone target? The Red Zone is only 20 yards!!

Chris Chambers is a PLAYMAKER for them.

Wild how people hate on Chris Chambers but praise guys like Ginn who in his second year is looking quite unimpressive. Chambers never had a good qb to play with but of course that excuse only works with current players.

Chambers has completely changed our offence. Before him we simply did not have a #1 receive. this guy has made the tough catches when we needed him to, got open on 3rd down. We would not have made the playoffs without him last year.

#1 receivers often times have trouble getting open because they are drawing the other teams best DB or being double teamed. and the chargers are still a run first team and will be until at least the end of the LT era.

People here forget how good Chambers was. They only want to talk about his overrated drops and forget how good he was when utilized correctly. Last year early in the year he was doing awesome for us.

Lets see he had 21 catches in 3 games last year for 302 yards and this years's number one has less catches than Greg Camrillo and stats of 8 rec for 75 yards. Chris may only have 6 catches this year so far but he has taken it to the house 4 times already. Yea Chris Chambers really must suck.

to be fair....people trashed him quite regularly while he was here too. For some reason he just never was accepted by some.

Probably just a victim of the never ending cycle around here....a player is overrated by some, so others go to extremes trying to beat him down. Or the other way around....and then we wind up with the h*ters and the lovers.

I have never seen a player perform as good as he did with us and get trashed so bad. if he had Ginn's numbers we would be calling for his head.

A lot of people on the chargers forum says his inconsistencies came from having 841 different QBs throwing to him... agreed disagreed?
