the colts are screwed .

they are going to learn the lesson that money needs to be spread around as evenly as possible .you cant give huge contracts to a few and survive in todays nfl.

this is so true. But then again they did pretty well with alot of no names on that D this year.

LOL at you. Thats what everyone was saying last year after losing James. Worked out just fine for them..Read the artricle. Manning will turn his roster bonus into a signing bonus saving $8 Million. Last pick in the 1st round and no second round pick so Draft picks won't be expensive.. The difference bewteen the Colts and other teams is the Colts give their Core players big money not free agents (except Simon). They build through the draft..They will be fine. Having a bunch of Cap Space is worthless if your owner is too cheap to pay his players (Assante S.)..NE has lots of Cap Space but a few older players they are gonna need to replace soon (Harrison, Bruschi, Dillion) that are keys to their team. You should really worry about your team instead of someone else's.

Still steaming over that AFC Championship game collaspe are we?
