For those that wanted Briggs / Re-signs with Bears

03/01...Briggs re-signs with the Bears...The Bears have reached a contract agreement with OLB Lance Briggs...the contract is reportedly a 6 year $36 million dollar deal for Briggs.

Yeah considering they lost their best offensive weapon to a division rival. Really would like to know why he signed there. I dont see that team going anywhere due to a lack of offense.

i am just wondering if they kept briggs to try and keep urlacher quiet? he is now complaining about his contract and all that, i wonder if they are trying to keep him happy

Too much money lol. We gave Joey Porter more money than that and Briggs is in his prime.
