Free agencyWhen does Free Agency actully begin? When do players declare themselves as F/A's? When can teams begin discussions with these players? And last question, what is the Colts cap situation involving Reggie Wayne? Will he be tagged? Can they afford him? Does he want to return home to Miami? I tell ya what, Ive seen this guy play, man he has it figured out, this kid can ball.
I appreciate any information!

I dont know whether they will be able to keep him or not since James will be a FA as well. When people first started the Wayne bandwagon I was a little leary because if reminded me a little of when Price was signed for big money to Atlanta. Both were number 2 receivers playing on very good offenses that will be demanding number 1 receiver kind of money. The more I see him play though the more I think he realy can play the #1 position and isnt just a pruduct of playing in such a great system.
