No doubt. If they have a smart draft, they could very well make some noise, if not this year then next anyway.
They ought to be able to replace Hall, get a starting QB and then get ANOTHER CB, as well as....???....whatever else they need.

Yeah I agree, way to much money for a guy that isn't even at the top of his position. If D Hall gets 70 million and hes about the eighth-tenth best corner in the league, can you imagine what Bailey would get or Asoughma? Bailey should be able to get twice as much as that if he were EVER to hit the market but then that would be cap hell for every team unless he is a FA after 2011
( assuming we have no cap starting that year).
