Jets burn!!!

This post might belong in general NFL so mods feel free to move it. I posted it here for the Jets Fans who frequent this board because they apparently have nothing better to do with time.

OK I want to know something, where the hell are all the Jets fans that talked smack on this board last week when the Jets pulled a win out of there A$$ against the Dolphins. I mean Favre is leading the Jets to the Promised Land right? Oh well Matt (who??? oh Tom Brady's backup who hasn't started a game since high school) Castle out played Brett (I am aging and can make the throws I use to) Favre and the Jets.

Good teams are good teams for one reason, there isn't an "I" in team and as much as it pains me to say it the Patriots might be the most resilient and well coached team in the NFL since Bill Walsh and the 49'ers. They might not make it deep into the playoffs but they are still a good team even without Brady.

Jets fans here is a quote from the archive of Ric Flair “in order to be the man you have to beat the man”. Make the play off’s and then talk smack until then realize the Jets were a 4-12 team last year so 8 and 8 is realistic and squeaking out a win against a 1-15 team from last year is not that monumental. Farve lost that game, Castle didn’t win it but he sure did his job not to lose it for them.

THey are long gone. Actually that nyjunc probably cried after the game but I am sure he will be around all season.

Jets fans got a HUGE does of reality yesterday. They thought their win over Miami was soooo great but little did they know it really wasnt that impressive. They couldnt even beat the Pats without Tom Brady. Looks like Jets fans might have to sell those Superbowl tickets they bought after week one haha.

Now they have to play the Chargers who are probably out for blood.

Yes I agree about the Chargers. They got a raw deal there. Two game lost by a total of 45 seconds. Wow. I hope the Chargers are up 50 to 0 on the Jets by the half. See the difference between me and a Jets fan, I'll talk smack even if the team is 1-15, it might only be to a Ravens fan but still I'll talk. A Jets fan only chatters once a decade or so, the rest of the time they spend in a dark place whining and crying about all the what if’s and could have been's.
