Updating previous reports, ESPNews reports the Minnesota Vikings have released QB Brad Johnson.

that hsould asnwer some questions.

Either for Quinn, Shaub, or Ginn Jr.

It's too early to ell what QB they are getting, but they will certainly get one somewhere. They very well could get Trent Green if he gets cut.

Actually, everyone up here in Minn has been expecting this for some time. It actually raises more questions than it answers. There's a LOT of debate up here as to whether T.Jackson is the answer or not for the Vikings. If they believe he is the answer, look for them to get a vet QB in the next few weeks. If not, they'll get a starter via F/A or draft and they'll grab a f/a WR as they need a play-maker badly. I think both the Texans and Vikings will have to tip their hand before the draft via free agency on what they plan on doing. They have to get one of their other big needs addressed in f/a because they can get top tier players for both in the draft.

That is good and bad. I do not want any of them to end up in Miami. And it also makes me a bit restless to think about what is going to happen with other teams and how this might affect the draft, especially the first 9 picks. I would love to see Quinn in Miami, and it would suck to see other team take him before we do.
