We could line up any one of our WR's as a Pass catching TE in a formation if we wanted to and get the same result. He'd be a WR playing TE and you'd use that in minimal circumstances.
You guys aren't big on facts and accuracy around here, are you. You can say a lot about Meshawn, but 'he can't block' isn't on the list. On the field, the guy is a stud no matter what you ask him to do.

asking him to block a guy that is 5'11", and 190, is a bit different than asking him to move a guy like Mike Vrabel...go for it, i'm sure it'll work out just as well as daunte.

were not saying he sucks at blocking as a Wide Receiver, but comon you honestly think he can block a LB like Adalius Thomas whos blitzing the quarterback???

I saw this guy first hand block DEs. It was part of our offensive system when Key was here and had to be changed after he left because none of the other WRs could pull it off. He would come down the LOS and block the Right End one on one while a guard pulled.

If you can get your hands on film the Bucs SB vs the Raiders you can see KJ handling Ragan Upshaw like he was a Tackle. Physically, Keyshawn could definately play TE.The problem is, his ego would never allow it.

no, the problem is, crack backs are entirely different then straight up blocking. theres no way he can do it, plain and simple.
