Hall denies Falcons-Raiders trade! For all of you who want D-Hall he might still be able to be scooped up with a better offer.

I would give up our second for him. Hall is a sure thing, unlike the draft.

I just don't see us trading away picks this year for top self players. I think it is more likely we trade away JT for additional picks. Next year looks to be a development year. In year 2 or 3 I think we may bring in some top talent so we can start competing for the playoffs.

I wouldn't give up the 32nd pick for him, but that's just me.

It doesn't matter if the deal with the Raiders has not gone through yet, we are not giving up 2nd and 6th round draft picks plus paying him in the neighborhood of $57 million over 6 years.

If you think about it, the 32nd pick is like having New Englands last pick in the first round. No I wouldn't give it up, maybe the one from San Diego but not the 32.

I would pass on Hall. but I hope he goes to Oakland. I would love to swap 1st round picks with Atlanta and take there 2nd round Oakland pick.

you dont need great corners if you have great defensive lineman, (see the giants this year) chris long and jason taylor would be a good start

Could we have a little realism please?
If Hall were a restricted free agent he would be tendered with the highest tender. He is one of the best players in the NFL and he plays at a position that many teams have great need at. He is a proven pro-bowl player. Nobody is getting him for 2nd round pick. He will command multiple picks or players and picks. |

Hall is overrated, he is no where near being one of the best players in the NFL. He might be worth a 2nd rounder if DB's weren't helpless under current league rules and if he wasn't a locker room lawyer. We do not need low character guys when we are starting over. We have a first time coach, Parcell's is not our coach, we need guys who will fall in line. That does not describe Hall in any way, shape or form.
