He broke his arm later in the season and the Ravens didn't make the playoffs, while Vince Young...remained Vince Young.

Merge? Like i've said before. Brett Favre is overrated and not deserving of this spot. I would of rather seen Sean Taylor on the cover.

Taylor, as much as it was a wtf situation he left us in, didn't prove to earn this years cover, farve had a long, long successful career and earned it. Again no disrespect to Taylor and would love to have seen 'in memory of #21' at the bottom of the cover or something, but Farve earned it, especially with the man love the Madden has shown for Farve.

In that case where's Marino or Elway's cover? Why doesn't Jerry Rice have a cover? All I'm saying is that Favre is overrated becasue although he broke many good records, people seem to forget he has that most interceptions all time record as well. But like you said, they should of at least put in a little In Memory of #21 memo somewhere on the cover.

I can't watch Packers games when Madden is announcing them. All he talks about is how great Brett Favre is..I can't stand it.
