Both instances are a damn shame. I know alot of posters are laughing about it. To me it's tragic, that's all. It's ultimately an indictment on society's priorities. Had these guys (and others) learned to be responsible for their behavior when they were still children we might not be seeing so much of this. Unfortunately, the kids with the exceptional atheletic ability all too often are surrounded by enablers and apologists their whole life.

Innocent until proven guilty. You can't villify someone for an accusation or you get the Duke lacrosse fiasco.

anyways, wont the bengals get in trouble for releasing this guy due to this stuff? I thought the most they could do was suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team....technically they should be punished for that, as well as goodell's policy for coming down hard on the teams who carry these players..
