A month after the Bengals drafted him, he faced the criminal charges in Florida. He and another Florida State player, Fred Rouse, were accused of breaking into the apartment of former teammate Lorenzo Booker and stealing items.

This is a clip from a headline that talked about A.J. Nicholson's recent arrest. Maybe thats why booker didnt have a heisman year last year. Some one stole his shoes and ranshackled his place

he was actually drafted last year. F$U has been making questionable moves for a while now. AJ Nickolson and their other big lb who was drafted by the Lions were arrested for seperate domestic disputes the week of the Miami game. Bobby Bowden just said he would make them run the steps of Doak Cambell instead of suspending them. Their presence was huge as FSU beat Miami.
Aj Nickolson had a second domestic violence arrest the week of the Orange Bowl with the same girl and Bowden had no choice but to suspend him. Then he and Rouse who was just kicked off the team steal from a team mate. Kind of the behavior everyone expects from the University of Miami, but I guess a fight on field is more thuggish then 3 arrests.

When you wonder why these guys are thugs all you have to do is read this post. Nickolson gets arrested and he gets to run the steps because beating more Miami is more important than teaching young men that there are serious consequences to their bad behavior.

Several years ago, Nebraska coach Tom Osborne let a player accused of rape play in a bowl game because he wanted to win another national championship.
