Lol.. Well, they still have Jyles Tucker; according to Don Banks, he will provide the same type of game Merriman brings.

Let's see if he's right.

garuntee you that Merriman and the Chargers both found out the hardway during the Carolina game that it is in the best interest of all parties for him to have surgery now. He looked awful during the game, and he looked in pain. Again though, huge loss because defenses plan for Merriman (no disrespect to Mr. Phillips). This does make everything a whole lot more interesting out west (ok not so much, it just means Denver will have a shot at the division and not just a wild card)

Chargers will not win the superbowl as many predict. Merriman out, Norv is the head coach, Rivers is on one leg, and Chambers is Chambers. LT cannot do it all.

Also, Colts or Pats aren't going either. I do not understand how the same teams get so much hype every year.

Watch out for the Broncos, Bills, Jets this year. Texans should be playoff bound too if they can run the ball successfully. Their D is ready to win right now.

I think that the Broncos will impress a lot of people. I have been high on Cutler for some time.
