When I saw Mike and Mike were doing the Raiders game, I turned it off.

As for Kornheiser, he is fine on PTI, but lord does he suck in the booth. Adds absolutely nothing.

Mike cubed isn't nearly as bad as Kornheiser and Jaws every Monday.

ESPN doesn't care about quality. Emmitt Smith cannot put a sentence together and they won't fire him.

My favorite crew is probably Aikman and Buck. The CBS and FOX crews are hardly noticeable, which is what I want.

Ya they did a really bad job last night, it was hard to listen too.

I am not a big ESPN fan either, glad too have NFL network for the most part, even though Sanders drives me nuts.

That is the best announcing crew in all networks that play NFL games. They keep it simple, they know exactly what they're talking about and they call the game correctly. They're also not trying to be stars or be a "personality".

Man, ESPN needs to find a crew like that.

If you remove Kornheiser, keep Jaws (who IMO is the best color commentator), and replace Tirico with Brad Nessler or bring back Mike Patrick then you probably have a decent ESPN announcing group. Oh, and avoid Musberger like the plague.

Was Greenburg sitting on Golic's lap the whole game?

I think Joe Buck is the best play by play guy in any sport. He even saves baseball games that Tim McCarver is trying to ruin.

I'm going to go ahead and disagree about Joe Buck. I used to like him but now it seems like he can;t get excited for anything, and if he does it sounds real fake. I know I'm probably not the only one who feels this way but he is either past his time or should stick to baseball. The play by play guys I like best are Kevin Harlan, Gus Johnson, Ron Franklin (CFB and CBB) and Matt Vasgersian

True if you like hearing a guy use the same tone of voice no matter what is going on

Greenberg doesn't have a good play by play tone... its almost like hes monotone when calling the game.

It was as if they were on the couch next to you talking during the game. I just wish I could have told them to shut up and watch the game.

It would have been worse, but after seeing it was a blowout and not seeing much out of the raiders rookie RB, I changed the channel.
I thought they were fun. The "A" team is a complete bore.

Except a Randy Moss celebration.

I think CBS has a good crew with Simms and so on. Other guys like Gus Johnson are absolutely horrible. I think the NFL Network crew is terrible. I don't believe Joe Buck gets in the way of the game which I like.
