Most heartbreaking team ever

I was wondering what team has been the most heartbreaking (for their fans) in NFL history.
I have 4 temas as the most hearbreaking:

Miami Dolphins: as a fins fan I have experience so much pain through the years; we haven`t been champions for decades although we are always competitive. many dolphin teams that had the potential to be champions just fell short (83, 84, 90-95, 2002) not to mention that we had one of the best QB ever and still didn`t get the championship he deserved. we have had some disappointing december swoons, horrible plaoff losses, etc. . .

Minnesota vikings: lost 4 SB and won none, have choked many times in the playoffs and at the end of the season, went 15-1 in 98 and still missed the SB in a game they should`ve won. are always suppossed to be SB contenders and always choke.

Buffalo bills: 4 straight SB defeats, nuff said!

Cleveland Browns: have never reached the SB, lost 3 AFC championships vs Denver in the most heartbreaking fashion. their team moved to Baltimore and won the SB a few years later, they have lost many games in a ridiculous way.

Although I`ve suffered so much as dolfan, the bills get the cake IMO, how could they handle those SB defeats, if they had won at least one it would be a whole different story.

No one is closer to the Bills. The Browns fumble game against Denver is close but to lose 4 times in the Superbowl, especially the wide right game, thats just about enough to break anyones heart.

What about the Bengals? How many consecutive years at the bottom did they have? At least the Bills had some good teams and great players. It suck the most to be a Bengals fan.

AZ and Bengals cant be included in the poll, you have to have been good at some point.

True, they were the victims of the 'drive' by Montana I believe. That was pretty traumatic, should give them a bit of credit for that.
AZ should be sent to NFL Europe, I believe they have only won 1 playoff win in their history and have only made the playoffs once or twice.
According to profootballreference.com:
Playoff appearances in the Superbowl era-
1974 lost 14 - 30 to Vikes
1975 23-35 lost to Rams
1982 16-41 lost to Packers
1998 beat the Boys 20-7 then lost to the Vikes 21-41
WOW thats their entire playoff history. If they were a horse they'd have been shot decades ago.

yeah, when you get your hopes is when a loss hurts the most. if you always suck you don`t get your heart broken so much

The Dolphins? Who have over a 600. percent winning percentage as a franchise? 5 AFC Championships? 2 Super Bowls?

How about the Philadelphia Eagles or the Cleveland Browns. Two cities that are DYING for championships but have been stuck with poor or mediocre teams through much of their existence, and then when they have had solid teams, those teams let down and broke the hearts of millions.

Edit: Whoops Cleveland is on the list....but PHILLY i mean come on it's a no brainer.

It would have to be the Bills. They haven't one **** and going to the SB for four years in a row and not having a big W is pretty embarrassing.
