the only way you could count the bills, would depend on which refs did the game. if you used the handicapped and blind ones, then yes, i would pick the bills!

I never said that our team was the best talentwise, just our O. There are about 13 teams I would put ahead of the Bills when going by total talent. IMO, talentwise we have the best O in the NFL.

Look at it this way:

QB Bledsoe
1st WR Moulds
2nd WR Price (he would be the GUY on many other teams)
3rd WR Josh Reed has already made an impact
RB Travis Henry is a workhorse. For RB he is probably in the top 10
FB Larry Centers
TE Dave Moore is has outplayed Reimersma. Reimersma is considered one of the better TEs in the NFL. IMO Reimersma is gone next year.
OL One of the better ones in the NFL right now.

I'd be very interested if someone can come up with a list like that's clearly better. Only Oaklands O really stands up next to it right now. The Rams might be able. Other than that who else?

Don't forget... this is the first year for this offense. After a year of playing together they will be better next year. If anything, the coaching might be holding this offense back. Price may be gone next year if he is asking for big money. I would like to see him back or at least sign someone comparable. Also I wouldn't mind seeing us adding a good O lineman next year

Talent-wise our defense is near the bottom in the league. Much work needs to be done.

06,

You know I hate bad officiating. Yes, I agree the refs blew the call on the play clock. But would that really have made a differencein the game? If that was called, the worst the Bills would have done is walked away with 3 points. It just wasn't a critical penalty that would have changed the outcome of the game.

There are some Bills fans saying that Williams fumbled. That wasn't a critical call either. It just wouldn't have made a difference if the Bills recovered it.

there were several more. the Very late hit on RW, that was NOT called. the face mask on fletcher that was called a personal foul after he let go. the 3 first downs in a row the refs gave you.

all that to go with 4 dropped INT's, that gives buffalo a mighty lean offense, don't you think?:yell:

You're right about the late hit. I forgot about that. Should have been called. The facemask, I didn't see. We got a bad pass interefence call when one of your WR slipped.

Dropped interceptions? It is either intercepted or it isn't. Isn't it?

Luck plays a part in all games. The Patsies went to and won the SB because of luck.

when you have a winning streak in double digits and i'll talk about how great the bills are, right now you have a total of 2!

Calm 06...

I think the Bills have a great O, but we are a MEDIOCRE team when you look at coaching, offense, defense, and special teams. Our 6-6 record pretty much tells it like it is.

The fins probably are the best team in the division this year. but for some reason we had their number this year. Whether it was luck, injuries, bad officiating, etc. All of that is part of the game.

I was surprised that we won the last game.

Talentwise I think:

Pittsburgh, Philly, Oakland, Dallas, and Washington...

are the best...

Dallas potentially has the most talent even though they suck. Talent doesn't always equate into winning.

There's no shame in admitting when another team is better. It happens and life goes on...
